Alexander James Guitars are quality handcrafted instruments made to showcase the exquisite natural properties of hardwood. Each guitar is custom fit to the needs of the customer - a tailored combination of the perfect aesthetics and tonality.
All guitars are avaiable as right-handed or left-handed.
In addition, all guitars feature:
Neck-Through Construction
Allows for near complete sound vibration transfer from the neck to the body for better sustain and overall sound
Premium Hardware
All hardware including locking tuners, strap locks and roller bridge are always included in any finish specified by the customer
Lacquer (Waterbased) Finish
A glossy, hard finish that protects the guitar's exotic wood from moisture and damage

Ordering
As of January 2012, the build time for a custom guitar is generally 6 months. To start, a down payment of 60% of the final cost is required. The remaining 40% (plus shipping) is due after completion. Local pickup is also acceptable.
